Specialised training programme organised by the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union

During 14 – 16 February 2018, a nine- person team from the General Secretariat of the Council is in Bucharest in order to have a series of specialised courses destined to the President/Vice-President of the various working groups in EU Council.

The courses target a series of particular aspects of the activities that are about to be undertaken with the 2019 EU Council Presidency, touching issues such as: impact assessment; effective Charing of a Working Party; relations with the European Parliament; legislative aspects; Documents behind the Scenes and on Stage or working with interpreters etc.

The European Institute of Romania is delighted to host this event organised by the Foreign Affairs Ministry, thus continuing the activities that help increase the level of knowledge and competence of the civil servants in the field of European affairs.
