Historical case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU
The European Institute of Romania coordinated the translation into Romanian of the acquis communautaire adopted until 1 January 2007, the accession date of Romania to the European Union.
The translated and revised historical case law consists of 1011 judgements and orders of the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance during 1952-2006, selected by the Court of Justice of the European Union. To view the list and the distribution of documents by years, click here.
Part of the judgements and orders of the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance have abstracts in the Romanian language.
The database of the EIR containing the translations of the documents from the primary and secondary legislation was closed on 1 October 2007. To access the final version of the documents in Romanian, click here.
